Enrolment at Keele
application process
Enrolment in the program is easy and transparent, following a few steps. Below you will find everything you need to know.
Step 1: Fill out the application form
The prospective student must complete and sign the enrolment application, which includes:
- Personal details for entry into our information system and for updating the parent university.
- Academic background, to assess the admission requirements.
- Additional information, such as professional experience, knowledge of foreign languages, and computer skills.
- A personal statement providing a free-text explanation of your interest in the programme.
- Consent to the use of personal data by Keele University Greece.
Step 2: Submit supporting documents
In addition to the application form and the tuition agreement, registration at Keele University Greece requires the submission of the following supporting documents.
- Photocopy of Identity Card (Attention: If it is a new ID card, a Marital Status Certificate is required)
- High School Diploma Photocopy
- Photocopy of Undergraduate / Postgraduate Degree (if applicable)
- Photocopies of Additional Diplomas / Certificates: Certificate of Vocational Training for VTS graduates; Foreign Language Certificates (if any)
- Curriculum Vitae (for postgraduate programmes)
- Four (4) Recent Colour Photos
- One (1) Letter of Recommendation (for undergraduate programmes) or Two (2) Letters of Recommendation (for graduate programmes)
- Certificate of Participation in the Panhellenic Examinations. An official document certifying the marks obtained in the examined subjects or the corresponding overall average
- Medical Assessment of Learning Difficulties (if there is a learning impairment)
- An extract of the Criminal Record can be received either from KEP or online clicking the following link: https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/dikaiosune/poiniko-metroo/antigrapho-poinikou-metroou. The Criminal Records Extract is sent electronically to the Programme Secretariat.
- Certificate of Tax Identification Number, Social Security Number and Student Registration Number by a Public Service
Step 3: Complete the enrolment application
The enrolment is considered complete when:
- The agreement, including the tuition fee repayment plan, has been signed.
- The enrolment fee has been paid.
