Department of Education Studies

The Department of Education Studies of Keele University in Greece, which is part of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, offers contemporary academic programmes that combine strong academic foundations with pedagogical training and the development of linguistic and educational skills.

The Department includes undergraduate programmes in English Language and Literature and, also, Primary Education field, which approach the teaching and study of language and education through modern theoretical and applied perspectives. The Department places emphasis on the cultivation of critical thinking, pedagogical competence and professional readiness, preparing graduates to respond effectively to the demands of contemporary educational environments and evolving educational needs.
